Sales Consultant
  • Provide high quality maid matching services to customers

  • Handle clerical duties and follow up maid applications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • F.5 graduate or above

  • At least 2 years selling or customer service experience. Experience in maid recruitment

Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone enquiries from branches, filing and data entry

  • Follow up maid application documents

Recruitment Officer
  • Major responsibility – Invite contract-finished maids for job registration

  • Arrange telephone interviews

  • Input data onto company website

Requirement:

Management Trainee

Our Management Trainee Program (MT) is specifically aimed for potential university graduates, who have not more than three years working experiences, to become proficient in management and strive for success.

We aim to cultivate young talent who possess leadership qualities to become strong management leaders. Through the intensive on-the-job training, you will rotation in different business unit including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Oversea Recruitment, and Admin Dept.

After the MT program, trainees can choose their preferred stream and will be trained all the essentials to develop their career future to middle level management.

  • Partner with Director and management team to review and propose corporate solutions to company

  • Involve in different aspects, including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Oversea Recruitment, and Admin Dept.

  • Assist in planning and executing different aspects of marketing and business development, including promoting brand image & company culture

  • Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as required by management

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Degree holder in any discipline

  • 1 year working experience, fresh graduate with high potential will be considered

  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English

為保證公司的服務質素,營業顧問在入職後的一至三個月內,必須通過入職測試以確保每位營業顧問能為顧客提供專業的女傭申請服務及建議。



   分店經理

為有效管理港、九、新界各分店,公司的每間分店皆聘用一位富有專業女傭配對服務及跟進經驗的分店經理。分店經理的主要職責及服務範圍包括:

  • 配對服務:因應顧客需求,提供合適的女傭資料以作挑選;提供女傭申請的售前服務及售後跟進;

  • 領導下屬:跟進及協助下屬完成工作;為新入職同事提供全面的培訓

  • 管理分店:管理分店的整體營運所需;整理及記錄分店的每日營運成績

  • 監察業務:監管分店的所有申請進度;召開分店會議及為營業顧問進行工作表現檢討

為保證公司的服務質素,營業顧問在入職後的一至三個月內,必須通過入職測試以確保每位營業顧問能為顧客提供專業的女傭申請服務及建議。


培訓發展

為讓僱員能夠在僱傭行業作好準備,公司為新入職僱員提供多項培訓項目,以讓有意在僱傭行業發展的人士獲得全面的專業知識及技能,為顧客提供優質的女傭申請服務。公司的培訓導師主要分為富有經驗的培訓專員及分店經理,而培訓內容包括:

  • 入職須知及行業介紹:公司提供入職前有關行業的簡介,有助僱員了解行業須知及動向,使僱員對僱傭行業有基礎的認識。

  • 內部電腦系統培訓:由於公司使用全面化電腦系統操作,公司將授予僱員內部電腦系統方面的操作知識,有助僱員日後處理日常事務。

  • 在職全面培訓:培訓專員及分店經理會向新入職僱員提供全面培訓,包括行業知識、僱傭條例、女傭申請程序、銷售技巧及跟進服務技巧。僱員於接受

  • 在職培訓後,須接受公司的測試以量度培訓成效。
