Ingredient

    900g Sawi Putih Besar (Sawi Putih Kong Mun)

    6 Biji Korma

    1/3 Kulit Jeruk Kering

    12 Cangkir Air Kurang-lebih


Method

    Sawi putih cuci bersih dan tiriskan. Kulit jeruk rendam kerik serafnya korma manis cuci bersih juga.

    Air kulit jeruk masak sampai mendidih, masukan sawi pudih dan kurma masak terus kurang lebih 10 menit. Lalu pakai api kecil masak terus sampai 3 jam, taruk sedikit garam. Jadilah.
