    4 biji kekapis kering

Method

    Cuci pare dan buangkan biji. Potong-potong.

    Cuci daging dan rendam dalam air mendidih sebentar. Membilas dengan air. Sisihkan.

    Cuci dan rendam kekapis kering sampai lembek. Cuci korma.

    Didihkan air. Masukkan pare, daging, kekapis kering dan korma. Masak atas api besar sampai mendidih. Tukar ke api kecil dan masak selama 2 jam. Tambah garam. Sajikan.
