Sup Telur Asin dan Labu Bulu

Ingredient

    2 labu bulu

    2 telur asin

    8 liang daging babi tanpa minyak (iris tipis) (300g)

    2 potong jahe

    5 mangkuk air

    
Seasoning

    1 sendok teh kecap asin

    1/4 sendok teh garam

Method

    Kupas labu bulu. Cuci dan potong-potong.

    Bumbui irisan daging dengan penyedap.

    Didihkan air. Masukkan potong jahe, labu bulu dan irisan daging. Masak atas api sedang selama 20 menit.

    Masukkan telur asin dan masak 5 menit. Aduk rata dengan penjepit. Sajikan.
