Sup Daging Babi Dengan Akar Lotus Dan Kudzu

Ingredient

    320gr akar lotus (akar teratai)

    320gr kudzu

    640gr daging babi

    8 tangkai jamur

    1/2 chestnut (lot ci)

    40gr red date kering (hung cou)

    2 iris Jahe

    160gr water chestnut (ma dai)

    35 liter air

    
Method

    Kupas akar lotus dan kudzu. Potong. Cuci jamur dan rendam dalam air dingin. Kupas chestnut. Buang biji red date. Kupas water chestnut.

    Cuci daging babi. Rebus dalam air mendidih selama 2 menit. Angkat.

    Masukkan semua bahan diatas kedalam air mendidih. Masukkan jahe. Kemudian didihkan selama 30 menit dengan api besar. Kemudian kecilkan api dan rebus selama 2 jam.

    Masukkan garam untuk menambah rasa. Ambil akar lotus dan potong. Sajikan.
