Ingredient

    1 kati beligo (640g)

    8 liang udang sedang (320g)

    8 biji jamur Shitake

    10 liang daging babi tanpa lemak(400g)

    8 biji kekapis kering

    5 mangkuk air

    
Method

    Cuci dan rendam kekapis kering sampai lembek. Iris halus. Rendam jamur sampai lembek. Masak udang sedang dalam air mendidih. Kupas and potong kecil-kecil.

    Cuci beligo. Buangkan kulit dan potong bentuk dadu. Potong daging babi bentuk dadu dan bumbui dengan garam secukupnya.

    Didihkan air. Masukkan semua bahan dan masak atas api sedang selama 30 menit. Tambah garam. Sajikan.
