Ingredient

    450g melon jenis honeydew

    300g daging babi bagian kaki

    225g kerang beku (atau 113g kerang kering)

    
Seasoning

    Garam

Method

    Buang kulit dan biji melon. Potong besar-besar.

    Daging babi dan kerang dicuci, kemudian celupkan(blanching) dalam air panas selama 3 menit. Angkat, kemudian siram bersih tiriskan.

    Didihkan air secukupnya dalam panci. Masukkan daging babi dan kerang. Rebus selam 10 menit. Ganti pakai api kecil, masak pula selama 2 jam. Masukan melon. Lanjutkan pemasakan selama 1 jam. Masukkan bumbu dan aduk rata. Sajikan panas-panas.
