Sop Daging Cacah, Baso Ikan Dengan Rumput Laut

Ingredient

    13g rumput Laut wungu

    113g gillingan daging kurus

    150g bakso ikan

    3 siung bawang putih (yang sudah dialuskan)

    daun ketumbar secukupnya

    
Seasoning

    Bumbu Penjedap:

    1 sdt kecap putih

    1/2 sdm minyak

    1/2 sdt tepung kanji

    merica secukupnya

    1 sdm air

Method

    Rumput laut wungu rendam air, lalu angkat peres airnya lalu ditumis sebentar. Angkat untuk pesediaan. Bawang putih dicincang halus, untuk persediaan.

    Daging giling campurkan pade bumbu penyedap aduk rata untuk persediaan.

    Panaskan minyak diatas wajan tumiskan bawang putih sampai kuning, tambahkan gilingan daging, tumis sebentar lalu masukan 3 1/2 cangkir air godok sampai mendidih, kemudian tambahkan rumput laut wungu dan bakso ikan. Taruh irisan daun ketumbar. Okay. Bring to the boil again. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve. Wash beef. Scald and wash. Soak dried tangerine peel until tender and remove the pith.
