Tulang Iga Masak Prem Asam

Ingredient

    400g tulang iga

    2 prem asam

    1 tangkai daun bawang (potong kecil-kecil)

    1/2 paprika merah (iris tipis dan panjang)

    
Seasoning

    1 sdt arak Shao Xing

    1 sdt kecap asin

    1 sdt cuka merah

    20g gula batu

    1/4 sdt garam

Sauce

    Bumbu:

    1 sdm kecap asin

    1 sdt gula

    2 sdt arak beras

Method

    Tumbuk dan hancurkan prem asam. Campur dengan bumbu dan tulang jga. Biarkan selama 1 jam.

    Goreng tulang iga dalam minyak mendidih sampai 80% matang. Angkat.

    Panaskan 1 sdm minyak. Masukkan penyedap dan masak sampai gula batu meleleh. Masukkan tulang iga dan masak sampai saus kental. Taburi daun bawang dan irisan paprika merah. Sajikan.
