    西芹2棵

    草菇數粒

    蘿蔔花、薑各數片

    乾?茸1茶匙

    XO 醬1 1/2湯匙

    紹酒適量

    
Seasoning

    鹽、糖各1/2茶匙

    生抽、粟粉各1茶匙

    胡椒粉、麻油各少許

    水2湯匙

Method

    帶子、桂花蚌解凍後,飛水,盛起。蘿蔔花灼熟。

    西芹去筋、去膜,切段,飛水;草菇飛水切片。

    燒熱油,下帶子泡油,盛起。

    燒熱油1湯匙,爆香薑片、乾?茸、XO醬,加入全部材料,炒勻,贊酒,加入調味料炒勻,便可上桌。
