Soup with Ox Tail and Carrot

Ingredient

    3 pieces carrot

    1 catty ox tail

    1 piece onion

    4 pieces tomato

    4 litre water

    some salt

    
Sauce

    1 pack (2 tbsp) Indonesian chilli sauce

Method

    Rinse the carrot, onion and tomato. Then, cut into pieces. Rinse the ox tail and cut into pieces. Poach in water. Drain and set aside.

    Bring the water to boil. Then, add in all ingredients and turn to high heat to boil for 30 minutes. Then, turn to medium low heat and boil for another one and a half hour. Add salt to taste.
