Method

    陳皮浸軟,刮囊後以水沖淨,清補涼湯包料以水洗淨,瀝水,備用。

    瘦肉洗淨飛水,以清水沖洗。

    將水煲滾後,下清補涼湯包、瘦肉及陳皮以慢火煲3小時,以鹽調味,即成。
