Butter Ground And Soy Bean Soup

Ingredient

    2 bitter grourds

    50g soy bean

    500g soup bones

    10 cups water

    
Seasoning

    1/2 tsp salt

Method

    Rinse bitter gourd and remove seed. Cut into big pieces. Set aside.

    Rinse soy bean. Rinse pork bones and scald in boiling water for a short while. Rinse again. Set aside.

    Boil water. Put in all ingredients. Bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
