    黃豆 50克

    煲湯骨 500克

    鹽 1/2茶匙

Method

    先將苦瓜洗淨去籽,切大件,備用。

    黃豆洗淨,煲湯骨洗淨飛水,以水沖洗,備用。

    煲滾水後,將所有材料放入煲內,以大火煲滾後,轉慢火煲約2小時,加鹽調味,即成。
