Method

    豬展洗淨飛水後,以水沖洗,海龍及海馬洗淨飛水及以水沖洗,備用。

    無花果洗淨,陳皮以水浸軟後,刮囊洗淨,以水沖洗。

    將水煲滾,下所有材料煲至滾後,以慢火煲3小時,以鹽調味,即成。
