Pork Bone Soup with Puraria Root and Black Eye Beans

Ingredient

2 catty Puraria root (1280g)
2 taels huai shan (80g)
4 taels black eye beans(160g)
1 catty pork bones (640g)
8 bowls water

Method

Wash puraria root and cut into thin slices. Soak huai shan and black eye beans separately. Wash.
Wash Pork bones and scald in boiling water. Rinse.
Boil water. Add puraria root, huai shan, black eye beans and pork bones. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
