中蝦 8兩
冬菇 8隻
瘦肉 10兩
江瑤柱 8粒
水 5碗

Method

江瑤柱洗淨浸軟後,撕成條狀,冬菇浸軟去蒂切粒,中蝦烚熟去殼切細粒。
將冬瓜洗淨去皮切粒,瘦肉切粒後,以適量鹽醃片刻。
將水煲滾後,下所有材料以中火煲30分鐘,以鹽調味,即成。
