Sa Shen Soup with Yu Zhu and Lean Pork

Ingredient

5 maces Sa Shen (20g)
5 maces Yu Zhu (20g)
1 tbsp Chinese Wolfberries
12 taels lean pork (480g)
8 bowls water

Method

Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
Wash Sa Shen, Yu Zhu and Chinese wolfberries. Drain and set aside.
Boil water. Add all ingredients and bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours 30 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
