American Ginseng and Longan Soup

Ingredient

2 maces American ginseng (sliced) (8g)
4 maces dried longan (16g)
6 taels lean pork (240g)
6 bowls water

Method

Wash sliced American ginseng. Wash dried longan and soak till soft.
Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse pork with water.
Boil water. Add sliced American ginseng, dried longan and pork. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
