珍珠肉 1兩
准山 1兩
蓮子 2兩
茨實 2兩
百合 1兩
扁豆 2兩
元肉 5錢
瘦肉 8兩
水 12碗

Method

先將元肉洗淨,浸20分鐘。
珍珠肉、淮山、蓮子、茨實、百合及扁豆洗淨。
瘦肉洗淨飛水,以水沖洗,備用。
將水煲滾,下所有材料以大火煲滾後,轉慢火煲2小時,下鹽調味,即成。
