大白菜(江門大白菜) 1 1/2斤
蜜棗 6粒
陳皮 1/3角
鹽 少許

Method

洗淨白菜,瀝乾水份,陳皮浸軟刮去瓤,洗乾淨蜜棗。
將適量水與陳皮同煲滾,再放入白菜和蜜棗煮10分鐘,然後改慢火再煲3小時,下鹽調味即成。
