Ingredient

牛鰍魚 12兩
黑豆 1兩
杞子 1兩
女貞子 1兩
紅棗 4粒(去核)
生薑 3片

Method

牛鰍魚洗淨,用油鹽起鑊,放入牛鰍魚及生薑片煎至半熟,黑豆用白鑊炒至豆衣裂開,備用。
煲滾6杯清水,放入全部材料,以大火煲滾,轉慢火煲2小時,下鹽調味即成。
