Celery, Beancurd and Dried Black Mushroom Soup

Ingredient

1 celery
2 pieces beancurd
38g dried black mushrooms

Method

Soak mushrooms until soft. Cut the stalks off the caps. Reserve the stalks.
Dice celery.
Bring 4 cups of water to the boil. Add stalks of mushrooms. Bring to the boil. Add beancurd and mushrooms. Cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with celery. Season with salt and serve.
