鮮奶烏雞湯

Ingredient

椰子 1個
烏雞 1隻
鮮奶 1枝
薑 2片
瘦肉 4兩
紅棗 4粒(去核)
鹽 少許

Method

剖開椰子,倒出椰子水留用,椰肉洗淨,切粗條。
去除烏雞內臟及肥脂,用鹽擦洗雞嘴和雞尾,與瘦肉同放滾水內煮3分鐘,盛起沖洗乾淨,紅棗洗乾淨。
煲滾適量水,放入椰子水、椰肉、瘦肉、烏雞、薑片和紅棗煲10分鐘,改慢火再煲2小時,加入鮮奶,待微滾,下鹽調味。
