Seasoning

鹽 適量
Method
蜜瓜去皮、去核、切大件。
豬腱、螺頭洗淨,放入滾水中煮3分鐘盛起,沖洗乾淨。
煲滾適量水,放入豬腱、螺頭煮10分鐘,改慢火煲2小時,放入蜜瓜再煲1小時,下鹽調味即成。
