蓮子芡實珍珠雞湯

Ingredient

珍珠雞 1隻
豬腱 6兩
蓮子 1兩
芡實 1兩
淮山 半兩
桂元肉 1湯匙
薑 2片
鹽 少許

Method

去除雞肉臟,用粗鹽擦雞嘴和雞尾,清洗乾淨,與豬腱同飛水,沖洗乾淨。
洗乾淨蓮子、芡實、淮山和桂元肉。
煲滾適量水,放入全部材料煲10分鐘,改慢火再煲3小時,下鹽調味即可。
