魚頭節瓜湯

Ingredient

大魚頭 1個 (約12兩)
節瓜 1斤
薑 2片
番茄 1個
鹽 少許

Seasoning

醃料:
鹽 1/2 茶匙
薑汁 1茶匙
酒 1茶匙
Method
魚頭切開兩邊,去鰓,洗乾淨,抹乾水分,用醃料醃10分鐘,抺乾醃汁,煎至2面微黃。
節瓜去皮,切大件,番茄去蒂,切厚片。
煲滾適量水,放入薑片、魚頭和節瓜煲至軟透,放入番茄,再煮5分鐘,下鹽調味即可。
