Roasted Chicken with Cumberland Sauce

Ingredient

1 piece chicken
1 piece potato
1/2 cup onion dices
1/2 cup mushroom pieces
1 tbsp bacon dices
1/2 cup cranberry juice

Seasoning

1 tbsp Maggi seasoning
1 tbsp red wine
some thyme
Sauce
Cumblerland Sauce:
1 tsp shallot dices
3 pieces orange skin
2 tbsp orange juice
1tbsp port wine
1 tbsp cherry jelly
1 cup brown sauce
Method:
Heat the butter to sautee the shallot and orange skin. Then, pour in port wine, cherry jelly and brown sauce.
Method
Rinse the chicken and marinate with marinade for a while.
Peel the potato skin and cut into pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil to sautee onion and bacon. Then, add in potato and mushroom. Put all these ingredients inside the children.
Put the chicken into the preheat oven and bake at 250 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden yellow and down. To serve with cumberland sauce.
