Worm and Black Eye Bean Soup

Ingredient

Dried worm (wo-chung) 2 taels
Black eye beans 6 taels
Dried tangerine peel 1/2
Garlic 6 cloves
Ginger a few slices

Seasoning

Salt 1/2 tsp
Method
Soak and remove inner white layer of tangerine peel. Crush garlic.
Put all ingredients in 2/3 pot of water. Simmer for 2 hours.
Season to taste before serving.
