Crystak Dumpling

Ingredient

100g wheat flour
30g corn starch
60g lotus paste
360ml hot water

Method

Sift wheat flour and corn starch into a big basin. Add hot water bit by bit to knead dough properly.
Take some dough and press it into flat and round shape. Fill it with lotus paste. Form a dumpling. Arrange it on plate greased with oil.
Put dumpling plate into boiling water. Steam over water for 5 minutes. Serve.
