花椒 1茶匙
洋? 1/4個(切幼條)

Seasoning

生抽 1湯匙
紹興酒 2茶匙
水 1杯
Method
大花蟹以小刷刷洗乾淨,去內臟及斬件,備用。
燒熱2湯匙油,爆香乾?頭後,加入花椒、洋?條及蟹件炒片刻,加入調味料,加蓋以慢火焗10分鐘至蟹熟透,上碟即成。
