Steamed Fish Head in Yan Nim and Soy Sauce

Ingredient

Big head fish's head

Seasoning

Yan nim in Soy 6 pieces
Salt 1/3 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Silced shallots about 10 cloves
Crushed garlic 2 cloves
Minced ginger 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Method
Rinse and chop fish head.
Seed and mash yan nim. Stir well with all of the other seasonings. Pour onto the fish head and steam for 10 minutes.
