鹹酸菜 1包
白鱔 1/2條 (約350克)
蒜頭 2粒 (切片)
水 1/2杯

Seasoning

糖 2茶匙
胡椒粉 適量
獻汁:
生粉 1 茶匙
水 2湯匙
Sauce
鹹酸菜醃料:
糖 2湯匙
水 2杯
白鱔醃料:
鹽 1茶匙
胡椒粉 適量
Method
鹹酸菜以鹹酸菜醃料浸片刻,用水沖洗,切幼條,備用。
白鱔以熱水浸去潺後洗淨,切1厘米厚,用白鱔醃料拌勻醃約15分鐘,備用。
燒熱湯匙油,爆香蒜片,加入鹹酸菜及白鱔片炒片刻,加入調味料及水拌勻,加蓋以慢火燜15分鐘,加入獻汁煮至汁稠,即成。
