苦瓜 300克
免治豬肉 120克
欖菜 1湯匙
蒜茸 1茶匙
乾葱茸 1茶匙

Seasoning

鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
Sauce
醃料:
生抽 2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
胡椒粉 適量
麻油 數滴
獻汁:
生粉 1茶匙
水 2湯匙
Method
苦瓜洗淨切片,以2茶匙鹽醃20分鐘,用水洗去鹽分,瀝乾備用。
免治豬肉加入醃料拌勻,下1湯匙油爆熟免治豬肉後,盛起,備用。
下1湯匙油爆香欖菜、蒜茸及乾?茸,加入苦瓜及免治豬肉炒至熟。
下調味料調味,下獻汁煮至汁稠,即成。
