香炸水瓜烙

Ingredient

水瓜 250克
蝦肉 100克
雞蛋 2隻(拂勻)
番薯粉 80克
葱 1棵
芫荽 3條(切碎)
胡椒粉 適量

Seasoning

鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
魚露 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
Method
將水瓜去皮去蒂,洗淨切細件,備用。
蝦肉洗淨,瀝乾及切粒。
將蝦肉、葱碎及水瓜塊加入調味料拌勻後,下蛋液及番薯粉拌勻。
燒熱1/2杯油,下水瓜漿以慢火炸至一面呈金黃後,反轉另面亦至金黃,上碟,灑上芫荽碎及胡椒粉,即成。
