Braised Duck with Tangerine Peek and Old Ginger

Ingredient

Duck 1/2
Bamboo shoot 4 taels
Old ginger 3 taels
Salt 2 tbsp

Seasoning

Marinade:
Sugar as desired
Salt as desired
Soy as desired
Method
Rinse the duck and rub it with 2 tbsp of salt. Rinse well.
Marinate the duck, old ginger and bamboo shoot for 30 minutes. Steam 1 1/2 hour until tender.
Stir fry all ingredients and mix well.
