Lemon and Rum Spare Ribs

Ingredient

Spare ribs 6 pieces (1 1/2 inch each)

Seasoning

SeasoningsLemon (sliced) 1/2
Rum 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Sauce
Marinade:
Egg yolks 2
Ginger 4 slices
Sectioned spring onion 2 stalks
Corn starch 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Soy 1/2 tsp
Basil as desired
Thickeing:
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Method
Marinate spare ribs for 2 hours.
Deep-fry spare ribs in hot-and warm oil until done. Drain.
Heat oil, add spare ribs, sugar and lemon, fry for a while. Thicken the sauce with corn starch solution. Turn off the heat and add in rum, serve hot.
