Beancurd sheets 4 taels
Choy sum 4 stalks
Garlic 6 cloves

Seasoning

Stock 6 taels
Method
Blanch choy sum in salty water with oil. Put on a serving plate.
Deep fry garlic. Set aside.
Cook beancurd sheets and fried garlic in boiling stock for 5 minutes. Pour onto the bed of choy sum.
