Steamed Green Bean Sheet Pockets on Lotus Leaf

Ingredient

Lotus leaf 1 sheet
Green Bean Sheet 1 sheet

Seasoning

Crushed garlic as desired
Oil 1 taels
Chinese rice wine a dizzle
Sesame oil a few drops
Thickening:
Corn starch as desired
Sauce
Filling Ingredients:
Shrimp (shelled) 4 taels
Cha Siu /BBQ Pork 4 taels
Shitake mushroom 2 taels
Dried shrimp 2 taels
Corn starch 1 1/2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
Method
Trim the green bean sheet as squares
Mix all the filling ingredients and marinate for a while.
Saute garlic and filling. Drizzle with rice wine and thicken the sauce with corn starch solution.
Put the filing on the green bean sheet. Place it on a bed of lotus leaf. Steam for 5 minutes.
