Poached garoupa in stock with matrimony vine

Ingredient

1 garpoupa (about 400g)
1 tbsp shredded ginger
1 tbsp Qi Zi
1 cup stock
1 stalk matrimony vine
shredded spring onion

Seasoning

1/2 tsp salt
pepper, sesame oil
Method
Wash the garoupa and wipe dry. Pick and save only the leaves of the matrimony vine. Discard the stem. Rinse the leaves well.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Stir fry ginger until fragrant. Add Qi Zi and pour in the stock. Bring to the boil.
Put in the garoupa and cook for 8 minutes. Then add the leaves and boil for a moment. Dish up. Sprinkle shredded spring onion before serving.
